Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the arv999 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and arv999 ("arv999", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the arv999 online betting and gaming platform available at arv999.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
To register and maintain an Account on arv999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator or the jurisdiction under which arv999 is licensed. We strictly enforce this requirement. We reserve the right to request age-verification documents at any time and to suspend or close Accounts pending satisfactory verification.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be acting as an agent or trustee for any third party when registering or using an Account.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. arv999 does not represent that the Platform is lawful in all locations. Users accessing from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in breach of this Agreement.
You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order with arv999 or any affiliated gaming operator. Registering a new Account to circumvent an existing self-exclusion constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any associated Balance.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must promptly update this information if it changes. arv999 will not be liable for any loss or delay resulting from inaccurate registration information provided by you.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account access with any other person. You must notify arv999 immediately via Live Chat or the support email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
arv999 may require you to submit identity documents — including a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification — as part of KYC procedures. Verification may be requested at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at our discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or Account closure.
Acceptable identity documents include: Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), valid passport, or other forms of government-issued photo identification as specified in the cashier documentation. Documents must be clearly legible, unexpired and in the name of the Account holder.
You may use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Use of the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent for third parties, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from arv999.
You must not engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform:
arv999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of Section 5.2, with or without prior notice. In cases involving fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity, arv999 reserves the right to withhold any Account Balance pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities.
All bets are subject to acceptance by arv999. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation. arv999 reserves the right to decline, void or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of system errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or suspected abuse.
Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. In the event of a manifest pricing error — including but not limited to odds that are clearly inconsistent with prevailing market rates for cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football or other covered sports — arv999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the scheduled completion point, bets will be settled in accordance with arv999's sport-specific rules, which are published in the Help section of the Platform. Generally, bets on events that do not commence within a specified period of the original start time will be voided and stakes returned.
In-play betting markets are subject to the same general rules as pre-match markets, with the additional condition that acceptance of in-play bets may be subject to a slight delay for operational reasons. Bets placed at incorrect odds during a delay will be reviewed and may be voided.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and market. Limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. arv999 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Accounts at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
All bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds offers and other promotional benefits are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer. Where a conflict exists between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable Wagering Requirement, game contribution rates and maximum qualifying bet sizes are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met the Wagering Requirement within the stated expiry period will be removed from the Account without compensation.
arv999 reserves the right to decline, withdraw or reclaim Bonus Funds if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using low-risk betting strategies designed to convert Bonus Funds without genuine risk exposure, or breaching any other condition of the relevant promotion.
Promotions are available only to eligible Users as defined in each offer's specific terms. arv999 reserves the right to exclude specific Users, Account types or geographic regions from participating in any promotion without notice.
Deposits must be made through payment methods listed in the cashier at the time of transaction. The availability of specific methods — including those referencing Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or major commercial bank transfers such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — is subject to change. arv999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment channel. References to these payment providers are for contextual familiarity only and do not imply their endorsement of gambling activities or any commercial affiliation with arv999.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier. Transaction limits may be denominated in PKR or other currencies depending on the method. arv999 reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with notice published in the cashier or Help section.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. arv999 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timelines published, but cannot guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible.
Accounts may be denominated in PKR or other currencies as offered in the cashier. Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate and any associated fees will be disclosed prior to transaction confirmation. arv999 is not responsible for currency fluctuations or fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
arv999 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. We reserve the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests and to request additional documentation where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a transaction may be connected to financial crime. All suspicious activity may be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, is the property of arv999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not: reproduce, redistribute, transmit, sell, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from arv999; use the arv999 name, logo or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement; or scrape, crawl or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, arv999 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other financial loss.
arv999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or security vulnerabilities. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
arv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (non-exhaustive): breach of this Agreement; provision of false or misleading information; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or for any other reason at our sole discretion where we reasonably consider it necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting arv999 support via Live Chat or email. Upon Account closure, any Available Balance (i.e., withdrawable real-money funds, excluding Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being satisfied.
An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login or financial transaction for a period of 12 consecutive months. arv999 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive Accounts as specified in the cashier or Help documentation. Users will be notified before any such fee is applied where contact details are available.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which arv999 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through arv999's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
arv999 does not represent that this Agreement is compliant with the laws of Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users are responsible for their own compliance with local laws. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as conferring any rights on Users under Pakistani law or constituting a submission by arv999 to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
arv999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace this Agreement at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Users' rights or obligations — arv999 will provide notice via email to the registered Account address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.2 before the changes take effect.

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Submitting clear, valid documents — such as a CNIC or passport — promptly after registration avoids delays when you want to withdraw. arv999 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timelines shown in the cashier.
Using bots, exploiting pricing errors, colluding with other users, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity results in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds. arv999 actively monitors betting patterns for anomalies and reserves the right to void bets and close Accounts accordingly.
Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion are built in to every Account from day one. We strongly encourage configuring these limits at registration.
