Our Story

About arv999 — Built for Pakistani Players

We set out to create an online betting and gaming platform that Pakistani users could navigate with confidence — clear terms, honest odds, and the tools to play on their own terms.

arv999 Platform

Who We Are

The arv999 Story

arv999 was built around a straightforward idea: Pakistani players deserve an online gaming experience that does not hide the fine print or bury the important stuff three pages deep. From the first click to the final withdrawal, we want every step to make sense.

The platform covers the sports markets that matter most in Pakistan — cricket at the top of the list, with PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and bilateral series all represented in our sportsbook. We pair that with a full live casino suite, hundreds of slot titles, esports markets and table games, so players from Karachi to Peshawar can find what they are looking for without switching platforms.

arv999 is an English-language platform built specifically for the Pakistani market. That means PKR-denominated amounts where relevant, references to familiar payment channels like Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and HBL or UBL bank transfers — always with the caveat that availability must be confirmed in the cashier, and that payment provider names do not imply endorsement of gambling activities by those providers.

We do not make promises about guaranteed winnings or legal status under Pakistani law. We give players the information they need, present terms transparently, and let them make their own informed decisions. That is the arv999 approach.

Mission & Values

What arv999 Stands For

Six principles shape every decision we make — from how we structure our bonus terms to how we build our responsible gambling tools.

Transparent Terms

Every bonus, every wagering requirement, every withdrawal condition is written in clear English — no small-print ambiguity, no conditions buried where players are unlikely to look. If a term affects your money, it should be easy to find and easy to understand.

Responsible Play First

arv999 provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion tools as standard features — not afterthoughts. We encourage every player to set personal limits that match their budget before placing a single bet.

Security & Privacy

SSL encryption across the platform, two-factor authentication options and strict KYC procedures protect both player accounts and personal data. Identity documents submitted for verification are handled securely and never sold to third parties.

Cricket & Sports Focus

Pakistan is a cricket-first nation and arv999 reflects that. PSL matches, ICC events, T20 internationals and bilateral series get priority coverage in the sportsbook. Football, UFC and esports round out the offering for players who follow global sports alongside domestic cricket.

Player-Centred Support

Our support team operates in English with Urdu assistance available on request through Live Chat. Whether you are in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad or Multan, the same quality of service applies. Account queries, KYC guidance and payment questions are handled with care and realistic timelines.

Continuous Improvement

We treat player feedback as a direct input into platform development. Game library updates, faster cashier flows, improved mobile performance and clearer help content are ongoing priorities — not one-time launches. arv999 is a platform in motion, not a static product.

Platform Overview

What You Get with arv999

A full-service betting and gaming platform designed around the needs of Pakistani players — sport, casino, support and security all in one place.

01
Sportsbook — Cricket & Beyond

Pre-match and live in-play markets on Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC events and esports. Competitive odds updated in real time with a clean interface that holds up on mobile data connections across Pakistani cities.

02
Live Casino — Real Dealers, Real Time

Live-streamed table games including roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game show formats hosted by professional dealers. The live casino lobby is organised by game type and stake level so players can find a table that suits their style quickly.

03
Slots & Virtual Games

Hundreds of slot titles spanning classic three-reel machines, video slots with bonus rounds and jackpot slots. RTP information is available for individual titles where the provider supplies it. Virtual sports markets offer round-the-clock action between live sporting events.

04
Cashier & Payments

The cashier is built to accommodate payment channels familiar to Pakistani users. Availability of specific methods — including those referencing Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or major bank transfers — must always be confirmed in your account cashier. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method.

05
Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bet promotions and loyalty rewards are available subject to published terms and eligibility. Wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions and expiry periods are always stated clearly. Illustrative figures (e.g., PKR 10,000 welcome bonus) are subject to current operator terms.

06
Responsible Gambling Toolkit

Deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cool-off periods and full self-exclusion are built into every account. Players are encouraged to configure these tools during registration rather than waiting until a problem arises. The platform is strictly 18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the operator or licence jurisdiction.

Our Commitments

How arv999 Operates

Concrete commitments — not marketing language — that define how we run the platform day to day.

KYC Without Unnecessary Delays

Identity verification requests are reviewed promptly. Clear CNIC or passport submissions are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Players are notified by email when approved or when additional documents are required — no unexplained silence.

Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal timelines vary by payment method and KYC status. We publish expected processing windows in the cashier and support documentation so players know what to anticipate before they request a withdrawal — not after.

Reachable Support

Live Chat is the fastest route for account, payment and general queries. Email support handles detailed or document-related enquiries within 24–48 business hours. Urdu language assistance is available on request through Live Chat for players who prefer it.

No Hidden Conditions

Promotional terms — including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet rules and expiry windows — are published alongside the offer itself. Players should read these before opting in; we make sure they are available to read.

Data Security Standards

All platform connections use SSL/TLS encryption. Account credentials are stored using industry-standard hashing. KYC documents are retained only as long as required by applicable compliance obligations and are never shared with unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.

Honest About Legal Context

arv999 does not claim to be licensed or regulated by any Pakistani authority. We do not provide legal advice. Users must independently verify whether online gambling is permitted under applicable local laws — including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — before participating.

Responsible Gambling Is Not Optional

arv999 treats responsible gambling as a core platform feature, not a regulatory checkbox. Every account has access to self-exclusion, deposit limits, session reminders and cool-off periods from day one. If gambling is affecting your daily life, finances or relationships, please visit our Responsible Gambling page for guidance and support resources. You can also reach out to recognised problem gambling support organisations in your region. This platform is strictly for adults — 18 years or older, or the higher minimum required by the operator or licence jurisdiction. Local laws may impose additional restrictions.
